Hello Patients and Friends of Tamalpais Community Acupuncture,
We greatly anticipate the re-opening of the clinic at large and looking forward to seeing you all again! We are continuing to monitor county, state, and federal guidelines as well as guidance from the California Acupuncture Board. We are carefully putting measures in place in order to provide the safest environment for all of our patients. This translates to treating patients in two offices (Amie will be seeing patients next door starting June 1st), staggering appointments, removing seating in our reception area, applying even greater sanitizing efforts, spacing out seating in our community room, and reducing touch points. We are slowly ramping up so we can get our best safety practices in order. We expect to re-open the community room June 1st.
STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK:
We will not be treating patients with the following symptoms: cold, flu, fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, diarrhea, vomiting, chills/body aches.
Please stay home if someone in your household or workplace has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19
Recent exposure or onset of symptoms? Please call 415-322-9315 or e-mail tamacupuncture@gmail.com to cancel your appointment; we will waive the cancellation fee.
SOCIAL DISTANCING:
To minimize traffic flow Amie will be treating patients next door starting June 1st.
Patients are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment time and wait in the courtyard or in their cars until we text them to come in. The waiting room, tea area and reading materials are no longer available.
The community treatment room has been reconfigured to have 6 feet of distance between each of the 3 chairs. Treatments will last a maximum of 50 minutes to allow time for sanitizing between patients.
Patients are encouraged to communicate their health concerns when booking appointments online under the“notes” section.
Patients may also pay for services via Venmo or PayPal
